Restart Openssh
Since Ubuntu 15.04, Canonical no longer ships upstart by default. Thus, the commands start, stop and restart are no longer available. The correct method for restarting the SSH service (or any other service) now is one of the two following commands: sudo systemctl restart ssh sudo service ssh restart. When you update OpenSSL, the software that currently has the ssl librariesloaded in memory do not automatically load the updated libraries. A full systemreboot resolves that problem, but sometimes that is not possible. This commandshows you all the software that has loaded the libraries, allowing you torestart only those services. If you don't restart or reload after an update, thesoftware might still be vulnerable to issues that the update fixed.

Make sure you have the lsof command installed. Your package manager probablyhas this package.
